Amazing villa, a combination of an old recently restored stone house and a modern addition. The villa is set in the heart of Vis old town, Kut, just a few steps from the sea. Its main attractions are a lovely private swimming pool-area and the top terrace offering stunning panoramic views over the picturesque bay of Vis. It gives you a luxury of tasteful furnishings and great outdoor space.

Recently renovated to a high standard (air-conditioned throughout), this villa is set on two houses conected with a swimming pool-area.On the first floor of the main house there is an open plan kitchen-dining area with a living/sitting room going out to a spaceous terrace and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with fully equipped en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the whole bay of Vis. On the same floor there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a separate double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. In the pool area opposite the main house there is a separate building where the fifth double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) is situated.
This villa would suit a family or a group of friends looking for relaxing vacations.

The villa was beautiful brand new, very clean and in a perfect location. Mario was a wonderful host and he was available via phone at all times if we had any queries or issues. The pool area is lovely, it gets the sun in the afternoon so make sure not to miss it! We had a fruit basket and a bottle of wine waiting for us on arrival. Thanks again for making our stay in Vis so special!
