The Waterfront Kut House is set on 3 floors. The ground floor consists of kitchen (newly instaled for season 2022), dining area, two double bedrooms with queen-size beds and en suite bathrooms and a beautiful terrace leading directly to the sea. The living room, with a pull-out sofa and a powder room are located on the first floor and the 3rd bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the top floor.
The house is situated on the seafront, with a direct access to the sea/beach. As it is completely oriented towards the sea, you can enjoy your holidays in tranquil environment, while still being very close to all the amenities including numerous shops and restaurants.
Spend your holidays falling asleep and waking up to a calming sound of waves outside your window.

Excellent apartment on the sea

This apartment is beautiful and breathtaking. It is situated in center of Vis- named Kut, directly on the sea. New, modern furniture in the traditional stone house on the sea. Just a few meters away from the groccery and bakery shop. Also, a few meters on the left there is a “Stara teza”- a restaurant with delicious mediterranean food, with reasonable prices. In the same street you have also art atellier, souvenir and icecream shop. This house is in the first row by the sea, in the main street and still very quiet and relaxing because apartment position is oriented to the sea. Hosts are very friendly and kind so you feel like domestic, on the first day of arrival. We can’ t wait to come next year again, just for a longer period.
