Beachfront Villa Trovna

This pristine white seafront villa with a pool is located on the south side of Vis island, in Molo Trovna Bay. With its contemporary design and sea-view terrace it offers plenty of space for a peaceful and relaxing holiday. There is a picturesque pebbly beach just a few steps from the house.

Villa Trovna is laid over two floors. The main entrance located on the first floor leads into a hallway which is connected to two en suite beautifully appointed double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a large double door opening on to a balcony with fabulous sea views.

Steps lead down from the bedrooms to the kitchen/living area and a third double bedroom and a bathroom. The contemporary, well equipped kitchen opens out onto a beach terrace with a swimming pool and a dining table comfortably seating 6 people.

This villa is built for its ecologically-sensitive owners to the highest standard of ecological workmanship.

The villa is powered by solar heating. Plenty of clean water is provided from the outside rainwater tank for all cooking and washing needs and this water also supplies the bathrooms and the kitchen.

The air conditioning can be used during the day and a couple of hours at night.

The villa is approached by an asphalt road, except for the last 2,5km which is unsurfaced.
