Recently renovated to a high standard (air-conditioned throughout), this villa is set on two floors. On the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom with fully equipped en-suite bathroom. The first floor contains two double bedrooms with an en-suite bathrooms, an open plan kitchen-dining area with a living/sitting room going out to a lovely lemon tree garden. This villa would suit a family or a group.

We spent an amazing week here as a family of 5 . The house is lovely, with the fantastic spacious garden, outdoor shower was brilliant! Kitchen was well equipped, and all very clean. The location is absolutely fantastic- a few steps away from a lovely spot for a quick dip in clear blue sea.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Garden House. It is beautifully designed with abundance of outside space and a perfect location in Kut. We wish we stayed longer!
