Pool Villa Rogač is an award-winning, newly built stone house located in the heart of Vis Town. The name “Rogač” comes from the centuries-old carob trees that surround the villa on one side, adding a touch of natural heritage to this elegant retreat.
The villa tastefully combines traditional Adriatic-inspired design with local stone and contemporary honed concrete, creating a seamless harmony between heritage and modernity.
Surrounded by lush Mediterranean greenery and spread over four floors, the villa is filled with natural light throughout, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
On the ground floor, a spacious outdoor area with a swimming pool leads to a separate apartment featuring a double bedroom, bathroom, living/dining area, and kitchen. This apartment is connected to the main house via an exterior staircase.
The main, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable, well-proportioned dining/living area are located on the first floor. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to a furnished terrace with an elegant dining table and chairs perfect for peaceful breakfasts or sunset dinners. A bathroom is also located on this level.
The second floor includes two double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The top floor is home to a large, stylish master bedroom with stunning sea views, an en-suite bathroom, and a panoramic terrace overlooking the bay.
