This delightful villa is full of atmosphere – an ancient house restored to high standards to combine the charm and quality of the original house with modern design.

Recently renovated, this accommodation on three floors consists: three double bedrooms with fully equipped en-suite bathrooms on the first floor, lounge / kitchen / dining area with the magnificent terrace on the second floor and master bedroom with an en suite bathroom on the top floor, all with air-conditioning units and ceiling fans. The fifth bedroom is situated on the ground floor. The spacious rooms are comfortably furnished in a modern style with some rustic pieces.

The terrace is furnished with an attractive dining table and chairs which can sit up to 12 people, ideal for enjoying warm evenings with breathless views.

The place was exactly as described with an amazing terrace looking straight at the sea. It was very clean and had everything you could want. Vis is stunning and the place is located in the nicest area in Vis. We will definitely stay here again next time.

Great villa!

Our group of 8 stayed at Villa Serena in August 2018. It’s a fabulous, well equipped property on a perfect location in Kut. We spent lots of our time on the terrace, soaking up the views, didn’t want to leave.

The staff at Navigator agency who showed us around the villa were very friendly and efficient. Would highly recommend this villa! Thank you!
