A staircase leads from the garden to the roof top terrace overlooking the sea. It is air conditioned throughout. Its spacious terrace offers amazing sunsets.

Boat House
The house is set on three floors. It offers an entertainment area on the ground floor, three bedrooms with fully equipped en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace on the first floor, living / dining area with kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea on the top floor. The spacious rooms are comfortably furnished in a modern style with some rustic pieces. The terrace is ideal for a peaceful morning breakfast or sunset dinner.
