Scenic Island Tour

Get to know Vis Island with a relaxed drive along its winding coastal roads, combining natural beauty with fascinating history.

The tour includes a visit to Komiža, a charming fishing village on the south side of the island, followed by Tito’s Cave, a site of great historical significance. After the Germans failed to capture Yugoslav partisan leader Tito in 1944, he took refuge here, using the cave as a strategic base together with Allied British and American forces.

You will also visit the former Royal British Airfield in the central part of the island and enjoy panoramic views over Vis Town.

Duration: approx. 3h

English-speaking guide included

Optional: It is possible to include a local snack (prosciutto, local cheese, olives, olive oil) and wine tasting at a small organic farmhouse for an additional cost.
