This magnificent villa, with a five star design is a combination of an old recently restored stone house and a modern addition. The villa is set in the heart of Vis old town, Kut, just a few steps from the sea. The main attraction is its spacious courtyard/terrace.
Recently renovated to a high standard (air-conditioned throughout), this villa consists of two houses conected with a spacious courtyard. On the ground floor of the main house there is an open plan kitchen-dining area with a living/sitting room going out to a lovely courtyard. On the first floor there is a large master bedroom and another double bedroom both with en-suite bathrooms. The second house contains two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and each has an outdoor space.
This villa would perfectly suit a family.

We loved our stay at Lemon Garden Villa. The house is stylish, spacious, and feels brand new. The courtyard was our favorite spot for breakfast and evening drinks. Being just steps from the sea and Kut made everything so easy.

The layout with two connected houses worked so well for us as a larger family group. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms, which was super convenient, and the courtyard is amazing, quiet, private, and great for relaxing after the beach. We would happily return.
