Orange Tree house is a newly renovated stone villa, originating from the 17th century.
The inside has been totally reworked, whilst retaining exposed old stone walls. The house has been designed with all modern amenities including air-conditioning and wifi throughout, plus under floor heating in the bathrooms, and a wood burning stove downstairs for the colder months.
The spacious downstairs living area provides modern open plan living, with games area, large sofas, a 3 metre 12 person dining table, and fully equipped contemporary kitchen area.
Bedroom accommodation has been designed to be flexible, for families or extended groups. Double rooms, twin rooms, ensuite bathrooms and 2 bedroom terraces. Additional sleeping spaces are: a study room with small double sofa bed, an additional chair bed in the master bedroom, and a double sofa bed in the downstairs living area.
The outside space is centred around the tall stone courtyard and Orange Tree terrace with table for dining. The top terrace is for enjoying the sun, and the small plunge pool and shower are ideal for cooling down.
Based in the old town of Kut, a very short walk away from the sea, local shops and some of the island’s top restaurants.

We really enjoyed Orange Tree House. The villa is beautifully renovated and very comfortable, with modern amenities and lots of space. The public parking is just 50 meters away, which made things so easy.

Orange Tree House is perfect for a group or family holiday. The bedrooms are flexible, the living areas are spacious, and the outdoor terraces are lovely for meals and drinks. The location in Kut is ideal, with the sea, shops, and restaurants a minute walk away.

We had a fantastic stay at Orange Tree House. The villa is full of character with beautiful stone walls, modern comforts, and plenty of space for our group. The terraces and courtyard were perfect for relaxing, and we loved the plunge pool on hot days.
