Amazing villa, a combination of an old recently restored stone house and a modern addition. The villa is set in the heart of Vis old town, Kut, just a few steps from the sea. Its main attractions are a lovely private swimming pool-area and the top terrace offering stunning panoramic views over the picturesque bay of Vis. It gives you a luxury of tasteful furnishings and great outdoor space.
Recently renovated to a high standard (air-conditioned throughout), this villa is set on two houses conected with a swimming pool-area.On the first floor of the main house there is an open plan kitchen-dining area with a living/sitting room going out to a spaceous terrace and a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the second floor there is a master bedroom with fully equipped en-suite bathroom and a terrace overlooking the whole bay of Vis. On the same floor there is another double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor there is a separate double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. In the pool area opposite the main house there is a separate building where the fifth double bedroom (with an en-suite bathroom) is situated.
This villa would suit a family or a group of friends looking for relaxing vacations.

We’ve been coming to Serenity Pool Villa for three years now, and it never disappoints. The pool area is perfect for relaxing, and the views from the top terrace are absolutely breathtaking. It truly feels like our home away from home.
