Charming three-bedroom beachfront villa in a perfect location on the east side of Vis town, 5 min walk from Kut, the old part of town. It occupies a unique position and offers spectacular panoramic views of the bay. There is a beautiful small pebbly beach directly in front of the house.
The property has a lovely garden terrace with breathtaking views.
Villa Aquamarine is spread over two levels. The main entrance takes you into a spacious bright living area consisting a fully equipped kitchen at one end and comfortable sofa with armchairs on the other which opens onto a seafront terrace. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor.
The staircase leads up to the master bedroom and a further twin room. There is a bathroom on the same floor.
The rear/back part of the villa is connected to the long-elevated garden terrace which at the top has another ‘summer kitchen’ and a dining table for breakfasts, lunches or dinners. From here you can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets.
The 3rd bedroom is also located at the rear of the house, in the courtyard.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Aquamarine. The location could not be better. Waking up every morning to the sound of the sea and having a small beach literally in front of the house was unforgettable. The villa was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially loved the upper terrace with the summer kitchen; we enjoyed most of our meals there while looking at the sunset. It was the perfect place for a relaxing family holiday. We would definitely return.

Villa Aquamarine exceeded our expectations. The views from the terrace are absolutely breathtaking, and the walk to Kut takes just a few minutes along the waterfront. The outdoor areas are beautifully maintained, and we spent most of our time there. A charming villa in a fantastic location, highly recommended.

This villa is amazing. Having breakfast on the elevated garden terrace with an amazing view of the bay was a highlight of our trip. The beach directly in front of the house is small and quiet, perfect for morning swims. The hosts were responsive and helpful, and everything was exactly as described. We loved every moment of our stay.
