Modern four bedroom villa, located in Vis town, more precisely in the old town – Kut. Its main attractions are a lovely garden terrace with the swimming pool and the top terrace offering guests panoramic views of the picturesque bay and the surrounding area.

The villa consists of a comfortable living / dining area with a kitchen opening out to a spacious garden terrace and swimming pool area on the ground floor. There is also a bathroom and a double room on the same floor. A staircase leads to the first floor where there are three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
This villa is air-conditioned throughout, has a private swimming pool and two parking places.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Lea. The house is modern, spotless and very comfortable. The pool area and garden terrace are perfect for relaxing, and the views from the top terrace are just beautiful. Great location in Kut, close to the sea and restaurants.

Villa Lea was perfect for our family holiday. Plenty of space, great layout, and the pool was a big hit with the kids. The upstairs rooms have lovely views and the whole place is very quiet and relaxing. We would happily come back again!

Amazing villa for a group stay. Having two private parking spaces was really helpful. The bedrooms are spacious, the living area opens straight to the pool, and everything feels new and well maintained. We enjoyed evenings on the terrace, truly a fantastic spot.
