This beautifully decorated three-bedroom seafront villa is located in one of the most desirable areas of Vis town – Kut, enjoying a truly exceptional waterfront position.
The villa offers tasteful furnishings, comfortable living spaces and a lovely enclosed terrace that opens directly onto the waterfront promenade, allowing guests to fully enjoy the unique seaside atmosphere of Vis.
A special highlight of the villa is the elegant Venetian-style balcony in the master bedroom, offering stunning sea views and unforgettable sunsets.
Shops, cafés and restaurants are just steps away, making this villa an ideal choice for a relaxed and convenient stay in the heart of Vis town.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest toilet and direct access to the sea-facing terrace.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find the master bedroom with a generous balcony overlooking the waterfront, a main bathroom and an additional guest toilet.
The top floor features two double bedrooms (one of which can be arranged as a twin room), two bathrooms and a small kitchenette, providing extra comfort and privacy.

This villa is truly special. The layout is great for families, and the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kids loved being so close to the sea, and we enjoyed evenings on the terrace. Everything was spotless and well equipped. The proximity to restaurants and cafés made our stay even easier and more enjoyable.

Perfect location and beautiful sea views! We had a wonderful stay at Villa Machiavelli. The location in Kut on the waterfront couldn’t be better. The master bedroom balcony has the most stunning sea views and sunsets. The house is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Highly recommended.
