Designed across four levels, the villa comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each created with comfort and privacy in mind. Three double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the first floor, two of which enjoy stunning sea views, while the spacious master bedroom occupies the top floor and features spectacular panoramic views together with a luxurious en-suite bathroom with both a shower and bathtub.
The ground floor opens into a welcoming courtyard and offers a cosy living area together with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space. Extending naturally from the living area, the lovely inner courtyard creates a peaceful and private outdoor space perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying warm summer evenings. The spacious seafront terrace is accessed directly from the kitchen and dining area, offering beautiful uninterrupted sea views and direct access to the sea just steps from the villa.
Villa RoseMari also features a spacious entertainment room with TV and pool table, as well as a fully equipped laundry room, making it ideal for longer stays and families or groups travelling together. A few olive trees surrounding the property add to the authentic Mediterranean atmosphere and sense of tranquillity.

Peaceful paradise on Vis We spent one week here and it was wonderful. The villa is elegant and comfortable, with amazing views from every floor. We enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace every morning. The old town is just a short walk away — perfect for evening strolls and dinners by the sea.

Perfect stay in Vis! What an amazing spot. The villa is gorgeous — bright, airy, and super comfortable. We loved the location in Kut, close enough to restaurants and cafés but still quiet. The master bedroom upstairs has the most incredible view. We’re already planning our next trip back!
