Pool House
This luxury house consists of a living / dining area with kitchen opening out to a spacious garden terrace and swimming pool area on the south side and the sea on the north side. A staircase leads from the garden to the roof top terrace overlooking the sea. It is air conditioned throughout. Its spacious terrace offers amazing sunsets.

Boat House
The house is set on three floors. It offers an entertainment area on the ground floor, three bedrooms with fully equipped en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace on the first floor, living / dining area with kitchen and a terrace overlooking the sea on the top floor. The spacious rooms are comfortably furnished in a modern style with some rustic pieces. The terrace is ideal for a peaceful morning breakfast or sunset dinner.

Our stay at Waterfront Pool Villa was absolutely fantastic. The combination of the Pool House and Boat House worked perfectly for our group. The private pool area is stunning and very well maintained, and the rooftop terraces offer breathtaking views of the bay. The location in Kut is unbeatable. We spent every evening enjoying the sunset from the terrace. Highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

This villa exceeded our expectations. The interiors are stylish and comfortable, and the layout across the Pool House and Boat House gave everyone privacy while still keeping us together. The pool and garden area are perfect for relaxing during the day, and the terraces provide amazing sunset views. Being so close to the town and waterfront made exploring Vis easy and convenient. A truly great property.
